Welcome to the Easy BOXED® Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, as well as your rental of our eco-friendly moving boxes.
1.Rental Agreement
By renting our boxes, you agree to our rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms of use for our boxes and your responsibilities while they are in your possession. Please read the rental agreement carefully before placing an order.
2. Rental Period
Our rental period is fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. If you require the boxes for a longer period of time, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional fees apply for this extension.
3. Payment
All rentals require a pre-authorization of the full rental amount on a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged at the moment you book the 2-week rental period. Additional fees will apply for any damages, missing boxes or unreturned boxes.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southern Ontario. Delivery fees vary depending on location in Southern Ontario. Deliveries will be scheduled for a specific time frame and must be determined for by the customer or their representative at the moment of booking the rental service in the booking system. If the customer is not available for delivery or pickup, additional fees will apply.
5. Pickup
All boxes must be returned to Easy BOXED® at the end of the rental period. The boxes must be in the same condition as they were delivered. A pickup fee will apply if we are required to retrieve the boxes from a different location than they were delivered to or there are missing boxes.
6. Damages and Missing Boxes
The customer is responsible for any damages to or loss of the boxes while they are in their possession. Easy BOXED® reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages or missing boxes at the end of the rental period.
7. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date may be subject to additional fees.
8. Ownership
The boxes remain the property of Easy BOXED® at all times. The customer is renting the boxes for the duration of the rental period.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only collect personal information that is necessary for the rental of our boxes. We do not share or sell your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
Easy BOXED® is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of our boxes. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the boxes.
